The dissemination of information on the Internet about the location and movement of TCC military personnel when they notify citizens liable for military service leads to the disclosure of forms and methods of performing the task of conscription. It also undermines the authority of the Ukrainian army in society. The press service of the Khmelnitsky Regional TCC and JV reported this on Facebook.
The military notes that such actions also contain signs of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 114-1 (obstruction of the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, expressed in interference in this activity, creation of obstacles, obstacles aimed at preventing, stopping or prohibiting the conduct of certain actions by units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations, making tactical or strategic decisions by the leadership or personnel of these units to complicate or exclude the implementation of the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations or to significantly reduce its effectiveness.
For such actions, as noted in the Territorial Recruitment Center, liability is provided in the form of imprisonment from five to eight years.
Let us remind you that the Ukrainian law on mobilization, which will come into force on May 18, obliges all Ukrainian men from 18 to 60 years old to update their data in the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support.
