The list of Muscovites includes former Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexey Danilov, ex-Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman, ex-Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ruslan Khomchak, ex-head of the anti-terrorism center at the SBU Vasily Krutov, former Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavel Klimkin and former.
Most of them are accused of articles of the Criminal Code, but which ones are unknown. Danilov and Avakov are included in the list of “terrorists and extremists” of Rosfinmonitoring.
The day before, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs put on the wanted list the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, the fifth President Petro Poroshenko, the commander of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Alexander Pavlyuk and the former head of the Ministry of Defense Mikhail Koval.
At the end of 2023, Moscow put on the wanted list the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kirill Budanov, the commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Nikolai Oleshchuk and the head of the SBU Vasily Malyuk.
The Ukrainian side perceives these searches as an element of propaganda that has no effect on anything.
