The head of the Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration, Ivan Fedorov, announced this today, April 25, in his Telegram channel.
At the end of March, dictator Putin signed a decree calling up citizens of the Republic for military service. There are no exceptions for new occupied territories in the decree, he emphasized. — In mid-April, Gauleiter Balitsky created draft commissions for the TOT. He is now silent about his loud statements that residents will not be called up for service for at least 5 years.
Fedorov notes that recruiting residents of occupied territories to serve in the army of the occupying country is a violation of international law.
