The Verkhovna Rada supported in the first reading a bill on the registration of people whose lives and health were damaged due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak announced this on Thursday, April 25.

In the case of the final support of the project, the registry will record citizens whose life and health were damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, exchange of information between state information systems on recording damage to life and health of citizens as a result of the aggression of the Russian Federation, as well as accounting for the costs of the state and local budgets, budgets of social funds related to the provision of assistance and support to the affected citizens.
It was earlier reported that the Diya application has started accepting applications for the Register of Losses. To apply, you must be the owner of the property and have a Survey Certificate from the local authority.
