Two more FSB agents operating in Kherson received actual prison terms. They corrected Russian missile attacks on the military and medical infrastructure of the regional center.

It is documented that at the beginning of 2023, it was at their guidance that the occupiers fired at a local hospital. In January of the same year, SBU officers detained both enemy fire spotters.
According to the Security Service, the court sentenced both attackers to 15 years in prison.
The press service of the SBU said that a husband and wife from Kherson, who lived in a civil marriage, were convicted. At the beginning of January 2023, they came to the attention of the aggressor when they responded to an offer from the FSB in one of the Russian telegram channels.
After remote recruitment, the Russian intelligence service defined a task for its agents: to collect information about the location of units of the Defense Forces. The aggressor was also interested in possible places for hospital treatment of wounded Ukrainian soldiers.
To transmit intelligence data, the defendants used a messenger and for this they received money on their own bank cards.
Based on the investigation materials of the Security Service, the court found the male agent guilty under Part 2 of Art. 111 (state crime committed under martial law) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and his wife under Part 5 of Art. 27, part 2 art. 111 (assistance in committing high treason under martial law).
