Two people died as a result of an explosion at a scrap metal collection site in the Lviv region.

A 58-year-old resident of one of the villages of the Yavorivsky district, together with her 54-year-old neighbor, brought metal objects to a scrap metal collection point located in the village of Stary Yar, the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Lviv region reported.
While weighing the metal, an explosion occurred, as a result of which the man who brought the scrap metal and the owner of the collection point, a 42-year-old local resident, died at the scene. The woman who arrived with the deceased received numerous injuries and is now in the hospital.
Rakurs previously wrote that on April 24, during the reloading of ammunition in Nikolaev, explosions occurred and military personnel were killed.
