Only the united front of all Ukraine and all its partners can stop the Russian invaders, the head of the Foreign Ministry said.
Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba called on Western allies to boost weapons production to increase aid to Ukraine. The Foreign Minister said this in an interview with The Guardian.
According to him, the continuation of US military support alone is not enough to defeat Russia – a united front of support for partners is needed. Ukraine’s allies must move from “expressing sympathy and compassion for Ukrainians and pledging to help rebuild to preventing loss of life and destruction of the country.”
“No one package will stop the Russians what will really stop the Russians is the united front of all Ukraine and all its partners,” Kuleba said.
The minister called on the West to increase arms production, as Ukraine has done, as Russia now produces about ten times more weapons.
“When I look at what Russia has achieved in the development of the defense industrial base in the two years of the war and what the West has achieved, I think that there is something wrong in the West that should realize that the time of peace in Europe is over,” said the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
According to Kuleba, the peak of military-industrial production among Ukraine’s allies is expected no earlier than the end of 2024.
We remind you that earlier the US State Department said that Ukraine will receive a new package of American military aid “soon.”
