In the Bryansk region of Russia, unmanned aerial vehicles attacked a chemical plant where explosives are made. The Russian Telegram channel Astra wrote about this on Tuesday, April 9, citing its own sources.
The plant is part of the Tekhmash Concern of the Rostec state corporation.
It is indicated that the drone attack on the Bryansk Chemical Plant named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR took place on Friday, April 5.
“The plant was attacked by two drones. As a result of the strikes, a fire started in one building under construction, and the roof was damaged in another. No one was hurt, the management evacuated 18 employees of the plant,” the channel reported.
The Astra publication noted that before this, the plant was attacked on December 30, as a result of which the windows in the administrative building were broken. Also, a drone exploded in business territory on November 21, while on November 14, a UAV fell and smashed into the roof of a workshop under construction. On October 13, two drones destroyed the roof and ventilation room of a production facility.
Russian officials did not report an attack on the plant.
