Last year, the family of President Vladimir Zelensky earned about 12.5 million UAH. This was confirmed by the declaration of the head of state and data from the Office of the President, published on Friday, March 29.
“According to the declaration, the income of the head of state and members of his family amounted to 12 million 423 thousand 008 UAH, including income from the sale of government bonds – 7 million 455 thousand 972 UAH,” OP reported .
It was noted that the income of the Zelensky family in 2023 consists mainly of wages, bank interest and income from the provision of real estate for rent. In total, this amount reached 4 million 967 thousand 036 UAH.
The increase in income compared to the previous year 2022 is due to the continuation of rent payments.
The balance of funds of the Zelensky family at the end of 2023 decreased by almost 2 million 800 thousand UAH.
Other significant changes in 2023 in assets, real estate, vehicles, etc. Did not happen.
Zelensky owns an apartment in Kiev with an area of 131.9 sq. m., a parking space – 20.9 sq. m., a garage parking space – 20.7 sq. m., 25% of an apartment in Kiev in joint ownership with the Shefir brothers with an area of 254 , 5 sq. m. m., 50% of the apartment in joint ownership with Sergei Shefir with an area of 198.6 sq. m. m.
First Lady Elena Zelenskaya has an apartment in Crimea (Livadia) – 129.8 sq. and parking space – 16.1 sq.m. in the same area, 33% non-residential area in joint ownership with Elena and Larisa Shefir with an area of 337.8 sq. m., an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 284 sq. m. m.

The Zelenskys also own cars: a 2016 LAND ROVER and a 2014 MERCEDES-BENZ S 500 4 MATIC.
