Air defense forces destroyed 84 enemy targets. The commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Nikolai Oleshchuk, announced this on March 29.
According to him, on the night of March 29, the Russians launched a powerful missile and air strike on the facilities of the fuel and energy sector of Ukraine, using various types of missiles and attacking the UAV.
A total of 99 air attack weapons were used:

60 attack drones of the Shahed-136/131 type (Primorsko-Akhtarsk launch site, Kursk region of the Russian Federation);
-
three Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles (from three MiG-31K fighters – Ryazan region of the Russian Federation);
-
two Iskander-M ballistic missiles (temporarily occupied Crimea);
-
9 X-59 guided aircraft missiles (from nine Su-34 aircraft – Belgorod region of the Russian Federation);
-
four Iskander-K cruise missiles (Kursk region of the Russian Federation);
-
21 X-101/X-555 cruise missiles (from 11 Tu-95MS strategic bombers – Engels RF).
Anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force and Ground Forces, mobile fire groups, and electronic warfare equipment of the Ukrainian Defense Forces are involved in repelling the missile and air strikes.
As a result of the battle against the aircraft, 84 air targets were destroyed:

58 attack UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type;
-
17 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles;
-
5 X-59 guided aircraft missiles;
-
four Iskander-K cruise missiles.
As reported, in the evening and in the morning, the air defense destroyed 24 enemy targets in the Dnepropetrovsk region.
We remind you that on the night of March 29, Russian troops attacked energy facilities during a large-scale coordinated attack. As a result of the shelling, thermal and hydroelectric power plants were damaged in the central and western regions.
