It was noted that in the strip of terrain along the state border within the Yaryshevskaya, Mogilev-Podolskaya, Yampolskaya, student territorial communities of the Mogilev-Podolsk and Tulchinsky districts of the Vinnytsia region, the entry of men with the age of 18 to 60 years is prohibited. , including for the purpose of recreation and fishing The exception is for people permanently or temporarily living, studying or working within its borders, if they have the appropriate supporting documents. Restrictions also do not apply to owners of land plots located within the strip, and people in transit from checkpoints across the state border to other areas or checkpoints across the border of state for the purpose of crossing it.
Men from 18 to 60 years of age are also prohibited from entering, including the aforementioned strip of terrain using regional and rural roads of local importance.
Restrictions also include the presence and movement of men from 18 to 60 years of age in this area including without a military ID or reserve officer certificate (for military personnel and law enforcement officers in off-duty time – no service ID of the established form), as well as without documents proving the right to a deferment or exemption from conscription for military service during mobilization.
In addition, citizens are prohibited from staying on the banks of the river. Dniester in settlements adjacent to the state border, outside their own households at a distance of less than 30 meters from the water’s edge: from April 1 to September 30 – from 23:00 to 05:00; in the period from October 1 to March 31 – from 20:00 to 06:00.
It is reported, within the areas of land 500 meters wide from the state border (except for the borders of populated areas), located in the territory of the aforementioned communities, the use of ships and other vehicles watercraft, recreation of the local population, fishing and hunting, as well as the use of small aircraft are prohibited of all kinds.
Restrictions on entering the territory of the mentioned communities of men aged 18-60 years inclusive do not apply to representatives of military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, law enforcement agencies (units) , civil protection bodies (units), public utilities, emergency medical services, and other government entities. and community-owned, business entities that ensure the maintenance of essential infrastructure and provide humanitarian and social services to the population – in the performance of their official duties. And also for citizens who are registered or live (with supporting documents) in the territory of communities located within the border region controlled by Mogilev-Podolsk, during their entry into the aforementioned area to resolve the personal issue of an economic, social and humanitarian nature
