The purpose of the VSK to protect the rights of investors is to ensure the development and implementation of state policy on the issues of creating conditions for investment activity in Ukraine and protecting the rights and freedoms of investors, collecting and information analysis in business infringement cases. rights of public authorities, in particular, which are systemic in nature, conducting an analysis of the current state of Ukraine’s investment attractiveness and identifying factors that hinder its improvement, studying the level of legislative protection of business rights and freedoms and ensuring the preparation of proposals for amending legislative acts to strengthen the protection of business rights.
VSK will contribute to the creation of conditions for the development of investment activity in small and medium-sized enterprises in Ukraine, prompt response to cases of violation of business rights by representatives of state authorities and local government, and the expansion of parliamentary cooperation with business associations and special structures.
