In one of the sports complexes of the temporarily occupied Melitopol, the Russians held an explosion of children’s competitions. This was announced by the head of Zaporizhzhya OVA Ivan Fedorov on Telegram on Saturday, February 17.
“Residents reported that today, during a sports competition in the Melitopol sports complex No. The building, of course, was cordoned off, window panes flew out ” he wrote.
Fedorov later added that, through dozens of witnesses, the Russians were forced to admit that during the sambo tournament they showed the children a handheld anti-tank grenade launcher.
The “demonstrator” pulled the trigger. As a result, many people were injured. I noticed that the incident happened in a sports complex full of children and parents. Trying to militarize our children during TOT, the enemy has completely lost his mind,” added the regional leader.
In this regard, the Russian Investigative Committee confirmed the incident in Melitopol.
“During a demonstration of a weapon (an anti-tank grenade launcher) at a sambo tournament, the trigger was accidentally pulled. As a result, the bullets exploded, several people received minor injuries, they were given of medical assistance, no one was hospitalized,” the occupiers said and assured, that “a procedural check is being carried out.”
Earlier, a car belonging to the Russian occupiers was blown up in Melitopol. A loud explosion occurred on Gogol Street. There were four Russians in the car.
