On February 17, the Russian army dropped aerial bombs on residential areas of Kupyansk, Kharkov region.

The shelling occurred at about 13:20, five enemy bombs fell on the city territory. Destruction and damage to a number of civilian objects was recorded. The Office of the Prosecutor General reported this on Telegram.
It is noted that one of the bombs hit a two-story apartment building. Two women, 88 and 67 years old, were injured.
Another one also hit the house. Rescuers freed the wounded woman, but there are still people under the rubble.
At other addresses, men aged 69 and 44 were wounded.
Prosecutors and police investigators are working on the scene of another Russian terror. The Kupyansk prosecutor’s office began a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Let us remind you that on February 15, the Russians launched air bomb attacks on the residential sector of the Olkhuvat community in the Kupyansky district of the Kharkov region. There were destructions of residential buildings and fires. An enemy bomb also destroyed a passenger car, killing three civilians and injuring two.
