On Thursday morning, February 16, three civilians exploded on a mine in a field in the village of Dovgenkoye, Izyumsky District. Two men, 25 and 50 years old, died. Another 30-year-old man was injured by debris and was taken to hospital. The head of the Kharkov regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov reported this on Telegram.
According to him, the mine danger in the Kharkov region remains high. He urged civilians to immediately call 101 or 102 if they find explosive objects.
The State Emergency Service reported that the deoccupied territories are “strewn” with explosive objects. Rescuers ask you to move only along proven paths, not to touch suspicious objects or try to move them.
