Ukraine has overtaken Russia in the number of long-range kamikaze drones. This was said by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov on the Elephant podcast.

“If we talk about the niche of “martyrs” and long-range drones, I will only mention Budanov. A few days ago in an interview, he said that we have equality with the this drone. I will say that it is true. We have up to ten manufacturers that make long-range kamikaze drones,” he said in an interview.

Fedorov added that the production of such drones is limited only by the budget.

“It is possible to make thousands of these drones. Thousands have been made, almost every day there is a fire somewhere on the territory of Russia. And it can be scaled up. In six months we have overtaken Russia in volume. Russia needs to understand that we will continue to escalate, and we have only just begun. .. we will destroy them as they attack our Ukraine with this nonsense,” the official said.

At the same time, he noted that Ukraine is also developing electronic warfare methods to plant suicide bombers, and not just shoot them down.

Let’s recall that Fedorov previously said that Ukraine will create an analogue of the Lancet drone, and there are already combat applications of such drones.

It has also been reported that the Russians are using a new version of the Lancet. It can automatically detect targets.
