Let us remind you that on February 9, Vladimir Zelensky awarded the former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny the title of Hero of Ukraine. The corresponding decree appeared on the president’s website.
Also, a similar title was awarded to the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kirill Budanov.
