The Russian military has attacked Southern and Eastern Ukraine with drones. In the Kharkov region, two hits were reported.
On the evening of Friday, February 9, explosions were heard in Kherson, Kharkov and Odessa, as reported by local authorities on social networks and media.
“Heard loud explosions in Kherson! Be careful! Stay in safe places,” wrote the head of Kherson city military administration, Roman Mrochko, at 10:19 pm
In Kharkov, civilian infrastructure is under attack from the Russian Federation, said Mayor Terekhov.
“Kharkov is under enemy attacks. There are a series of explosions in the city. Shahedas. Civilian infrastructure is under attack,” Terekhov wrote at 10:54 pm
Subsequently, the head of Kharkov OVA Oleg Sinegubav reported two hits.
“The invaders carried out suicide attacks in Kharkov and Bolshoi Burluk. In Kharkov, hits were recorded in the Nemyshlyansky district. Civilian infrastructure was damaged. In Bolshoi Burluk, the invaders also hit in a civilian matter – a cafe,” Sinegubov wrote, adding that so far there have been no reports of casualties.
Before this, explosions were also heard in Odessa. There, according to local media, the air defense works against drones.
Later, Odessa OVA head Oleg Kiper reported one casualty.
“Currently, one casualty is known as a result of the enemy drone attack in Odessa. A 44-year-old man received a shrapnel wound in the arm,” Kiper wrote, adding that the victim received all necessary medical care at the hospital.
