The owner of the Kremlin was presented with a victory talisman during a meeting with participants and winners of all-Russian family competitions by a girl from the Bryansk region.
Her teacher explained to Putin that schoolchildren make such products from clay for participants in the North Military District, which is how the war with Ukraine is called in Russia.
