President Volodymyr Zelensky said the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) made a decision on security and economic stability during the ongoing martial law in the country. In particular, a Council for Entrepreneurship Support will be formed. The president spoke about this in his evening video message.
“The measures are clearly defined that will help both Ukrainian businessmen and government institutions to solve the whole range of problems that have been discussed by many these weeks,” said Zelensky.
According to him, the Entrepreneurship Support Council includes business representatives.
“These are well-known names, well-known heads of Ukrainian companies. A business that works for the benefit of millions of people. Business in technology, finance, services and other industries. Different industries, to have different Different perspectives. But one task is to strengthen our economy, our society,” said the president.
Zelensky also announced “absolute clarity about law enforcement agencies.”
“The government will introduce changes to the law on the Bureau of Economic Security and some other laws to limit as much as possible the potential of any possible pressure on the “white”, legal business,” said the head of state.
He added that at the level of the National Security and Defense Council a period of 3 months has been determined for an actual moratorium on procedural actions that could hinder business activity.
“An audit of the system for monitoring the risks of tax invoices must also be carried out, all problems with tax invoices must be eliminated. And more – everything is in detail in the order, ” said Zelensky.
The president emphasized that the state will fulfill “its part of the moral contract with business.”

Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian business will receive 7.5 million euros from the European Commission.
