France will give Ukraine up to 50 aerial bombs monthly – minister

The French Minister of Defense also announced an increase in the supply of ammunition for artillery to 3,000 shells per month.

France intends to supply Ukraine with up to 50 AASM bombs per month until the end of 2024. This is what French Defense Minister Sebastian Lecornu said in an interview with Le Figaro.

Lecornu noted that delivery of the aerial bombs will begin in January 2024.

The French Minister of Defense also announced an increase in the supply of ammunition for artillery to 3,000 shells per month.

“From February 2022 until the end of 2023, France gave Ukraine 2,000 shells per month, and from January – 3,000 shells per month,” said Lecornu.

We remind you that France will produce 78 Caesar self-propelled artillery systems for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It was previously reported that France will allocate 200 million euros for military support to Ukraine.
