In this strike, the Rebels probably used an S-300 missile against civilians, the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General reports.
It is noted that as a result of this missile strike:
- a 63-year-old man who was near the epicenter of the explosion died;
- six residents of an apartment building were injured of varying degrees of severity;
- six high-rise buildings were damaged.
The victims, aged from 43 to 83 years old, received emergency medical care. They were diagnosed with multiple shrapnel wounds, mine explosion injuries and abrasions, the report says.
A pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings has been launched into violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
