The family of the deceased National Guardsman Vadim Bondarenko did not have time to seize the judge’s property before he separated and registered him as his wife.
“Babel” writes about this. The defense of the family of the deceased believes that the census of property is “aimed at preventing” victims from receiving compensation.
On December 4, a meeting was to be held at which the court was to consider the petition of the representative of the injured party to seize the property of Tandoor.
However, the defendant’s lawyers did not come to court because they were attending another hearing. On December 6, the court divorced the Tandyrov spouses and on December 12, the former husband transferred the property to his wife.
Tandoor’s wife Lyudmila filed for divorce on September 20 of this year. Then the plaintiff noted that she had not been in a family relationship with the accused for more than a year. According to her, they lived separately.
Let us remind you that on May 26, the head of the Makarovsky District Court of the Kyiv Region, Alexey Tandir, in a Lexus ES350, three minutes before the start of the curfew, knocked down 22-year-old National Guardsman Vadim Bondarenko, who was on duty at the checkpoint.
The examination found that Tandoor tested water and saliva instead of urine – this is how he tried to falsify the examination so that it would not prove his state of intoxication at the time of the accident. After the accident, Tandir is in a pre-trial detention center. The last time his sentence was extended until December 25, 2023.
