    In Ukraine today, November 24, electricity consumption has decreased. The reason for this was warming, but the day after tomorrow forecasters predict a drop in temperature and a snowstorm, which will lead to a rapid increase in consumption.

    .

    The press service of Ukrenergo described how ordinary Ukrainians can help reduce the load on energy networks by consuming electricity more economically.

    It is noted that you can reduce your electricity bill using a refrigerator:

    • keep the room temperature in the range of 18-20 degrees. At high temperatures, the refrigerator consumes much more electricity;
    • do not install the refrigerator near a gas stove or heating appliances;
    • do not install the refrigerator in direct sunlight;
    • Defrost the refrigerator periodically;
    • take care of the products that need to be defrosted and place them in the general compartment of the refrigerator;
    • Do not put hot food in the refrigerator.
