The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces published operational information about the Russian invasion on Saturday night, November 18.
“During the day, 64 military clashes took place. The enemy carried out 5 missile and 58 air strikes, carried out 33 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and settlements. Also when on the night of November 18, the enemy carried out air strikes on Ukrainian targets using attack UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type. As a result of combat work, the forces and means of air defense of Ukraine destroyed 29 in 38 attack UAVs. Unfortunately, there were dead and wounded among the civilian population, and civilian infrastructure was also damaged,” the General Staff said in the evening report.
In the direction of Kupyansk, the enemy unsuccessfully conducted offensive operations in the areas of Sinkovka and east of Petropavlovka, Kharkov region. The Defense Forces repelled six attacks.
In the direction of Liman, the enemy conducted offensive operations in the Torskoye area of the Donetsk region, but was also unsuccessful.
In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy conducted offensive operations in the Kleshchievka and Andreevka areas of the Donetsk region, where seven enemy attacks were repelled.
In the Avdeevsky direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive operations in the areas of settlements east of Keramika, east of Novobakhmutovka, Stepnoy, Avdeevka of the Donetsk region. Defense forces in this direction repelled 23 Russian attacks.
In the Maryinsky direction, the enemy, with aviation support, conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the areas of Maryinka and Novomikhailovka, Donetsk region. The Defense Forces repelled 21 attacks.
In the Shakhtarsky direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Staromayorsky area of the Donetsk region. Defense forces repulsed three attacks.
In the direction of Zaporozhye, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the areas of the settlements of Robotino, Novoprokopovka and west of Verbovoy, Zaporozhye region.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue offensive operations in the direction of Melitopol, offensive (attack) actions in the direction of Bakhmut, causing damage to the occupation forces in manpower and equipment, eliminating the enemy in entire front line.
During the day, the Defense Forces aviation carried out 6 strikes on areas where enemy personnel were concentrated.
The units of the missile forces caused defeats at the control point, the place where personnel, weapons and military equipment are concentrated, artillery weapons and the composition of the enemy’s ammunition.
We remind you that the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 620 invaders in the last 24 hours. The total losses of the Russian invaders during the entire period of the war amounted to 317,380 military personnel.
