Ukrainian defenders destroy a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft. The type of weapon used to hit the air target was not named.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces shot down another Russian Su-25 aircraft in the Avdiivka direction on Tuesday, November 14. This was announced by the representative of the Tauride direction Alexander Shtupun, reports Ukrainian truth.
According to him, the defenders were able to destroy the Su-25 attack aircraft. However, the weapon that hit the enemy air target has not yet been identified.
Shtupun noted that this is the eighth Russian aircraft destroyed in the Avdeevsky direction since October 10. At this time, the Russian army began active military operations and an offensive in this direction.
Let’s recall that the previous President Vladimir Zelensky said that the Russian military increased the number of attacks near Avdeevka, Kupyansk and in the direction of Donetsk.
And in two weeks in eastern Ukraine, the Russian army lost 4,214 military personnel and 500 units of military equipment.
