An official investigation was initiated into the actions of military commanders who organized an event for the Day of Missile Forces and Artillery near the front line. DBR employees began criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Art. 425 (negligent attitude of a military official to service) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The Bureau’s press service reported this on November 6.
Law enforcement officers noted that on November 3, the Russians struck a village in the Zaporozhye region with an Iskander missile, as a result of which servicemen of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade and civilians were killed and injured. The blast wave and debris damaged about 30 houses and outbuildings located near the impact site.
Let us remind you that the 128th brigade announced on November 6 that 19 servicemen were killed as a result of the strike. A thorough check of all the circumstances of the tragedy is currently being carried out. The team insists not to disseminate unverified and partially fake information until the end of the inspection.
