Moreover, these attacks were typical, because enemy drones are flying from virtually the same locations – Chauda in Crimea and Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia. The 29 UAVs launched at night were actually distributed into 15 groups. Press Secretary of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Yuriy Ignat stated this on air at the telethon.
One can imagine that they moved one or two at a time. In particular, they moved towards the Nikolaev region, Ochakov, and then went north. Well, they circled around Kropyvnytskyi and, in fact, were destroyed by air defense in this direction,” he noted.
Ignatius added that aviation, mobile fire groups, and anti-aircraft missile units were involved in eliminating enemy air targets.
Let us remind you that on the night of October 5, the Russian army launched a large-scale drone attack in Ukraine. The invaders launched 29 attack UAVs of the “Shahed-131/136” type from the south. Air defense destroyed 24 Shaheds within the Odessa, Nikolaev and Kirovograd regions.
However, as a result of the night attack, an infrastructure facility in the Kirovograd region was hit.
