Currently, we clearly know that if a person is on the street, we have legal grounds to check on him. So that you understand, at present there is practically no crime, it is minimized.
Klimenko said that every police officer has the right to ask what this person is doing in this territory.

Let us remind you that in most cities of Ukraine, remote from the front line, the curfew lasts from 00.00 to 5.00. The only region without such restrictions is Transcarpathia.
