“There is almost no electricity in Shushary. The streets of Pervomaiskaya, Pushkinskaya, Valdayskaya and Vitebsky Prospekt are completely without electricity. Traffic lights and shops are not working. There is a traffic jam at the entrance,” eyewitnesses told the media.

Locals who called emergency services were told the restoration work would “finish by midnight.” Some city residents complain about the lack of lighting and problems with the Internet.
