Large volumes of construction waste are becoming a problem. After all, since the beginning of a large-scale war, the Russians have destroyed approximately 60 thousand objects, of which 48 thousand are residential buildings.
Mountains of garbage have accumulated in the temporarily occupied Shakhtersk, Donetsk region. It is not taken outside the city because no one will do it. The Center for National Resistance reported this on Thursday, September 21.
“The occupiers did not throw garbage because of the lack of utility workers. The Russians mobilized most of the workers into the service for the war, the rest fled, so there was no one to throw garbage,” said message.
It was noted that the labor administration was forced to request to reduce the mobilization plans and to send additional labor, because the local population in most cases refused to work for the occupiers.
It is also known that the Russians plan to import waste from the territory of the Russian Federation to Ukraine. In particular, they plan to build two more training sites in the Donetsk region, which will serve the neighboring Rostov region.
The Ministry of the Environment has already developed a procedure for the reuse and disposal of construction waste generated as a result of the war.
