Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny and Chief of the General Staff Sergei Shaptala met with brigade commanders fighting in southern Ukraine. Zaluzhny announced this on Facebook on Tuesday, September 19.
“Operational-strategic group of forces (OSGV) Tavria. We worked with the Chief of the General Staff along with the commanders and brigade commanders of the operational-strategic group. We discussed and agreed on the sequence of our measures, taking into account the change in the operational situation at the front, enemy activity and all possible threats,” Zaluzhny wrote.
He emphasized that “despite the fierce resistance of the enemy, our defenders tirelessly and decisively continue to take offensive actions to liberate the territory of Ukraine.”
