The incident occurred yesterday, September 9, at about 12:00 in the village of Ternova, reports the press service of the Kharkov Regional Police Department.
The State Emergency Service of the Kharkov region notes that the victim was hospitalized with a diagnosis of a blast injury and a laceration of the right foot.
It is noted that in the Kharkov region, during September 9, pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service surveyed about 4.3 hectares of territory (of which 4 thousand 280 sq. m using mechanized demining machines, 5.2 km of power lines and two private households).
As a result, sappers discovered and neutralized 78 units of enemy mines, explosives and ammunition.
