On August 29, the Supreme Council of Justice decided to temporarily remove Aleksey Tandyr from the administration of justice.
The High Council of Justice (HJC) announced the temporary suspension from the administration of justice of the head of the Makarovsky District Court of the Kyiv region, Oleksiy Tandyr, who fatally shot a National Guard fighter in Kyiv.
The decision was made on Tuesday, August 29, in relation to bringing Tandyr to criminal responsibility before the court verdict takes effect or the criminal proceedings in the cases are closed.
Recall that on the evening of May 26, the head of the Makarovsky District Court of the Kyiv region, Alexei Tandyr, near a checkpoint in the capital, shot a 23-year-old fighter of the National Guard. The soldier died on the spot from his injuries.
The referee is driving while drunk. Suspicion was revealed to him, and later a preventive measure was chosen in the form of detention without the possibility of bail.
Remember, on August 18, the court extended the measure of detention for judge Aleksey Tandyr. The defendant will remain in custody until September 9.
