As a result of the incident, no one was injured. This was reported by the agency “Ukrinform” with reference to the commentary of the speaker of the State Tax Service Andriy Demchenko.
Demchenko noted that there are strict restrictions on the presence of any persons there except for units of the Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the state border.
Therefore, minefields threaten only those who want to come to us with war, he stressed.
Earlier, the Telegram channel of the Belarusian Gayun monitoring group, which monitors the actions and movements of the military across the territory of Belarus, reported about possible explosions at the border.
It was noted that the relevant information appeared on the Telegram channels associated with the regime of the self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. They stated that today, August 29, at about 03.30, several TM-62M anti-tank mines detonated on the railway bridge 800 meters from the Slovechno station.
As proof, a photo is attached, where you can see the destroyed railway track on the bridge right on the very border of Belarus with Ukraine, in the photo you can even see the border post of the Republic of Belarus. It should be noted that the photos were taken from the territory of the Republic of Belarus towards Ukraine, the Belarusian Gayun notes.
It was also claimed that the explosion damaged the resistance of the bridge and destroyed the railway tracks in both directions.
