Russian social networks used traditional propaganda clichés: “The air defense shot down the drones,” but “the grass burned” from their destruction.
Russian social networks say that Ukraine allegedly “tried to attack a military airport in the Bryansk region.” This was stated in the message of the Baza propaganda Telegram channel on Monday, August 28.
According to them, the so-called “attempt to attack the airfield with drones” happened at night.
“According to preliminary information, three kamikaze drones were launched from Ukraine,” the propagandists said.
Russian social networks have traditionally rushed to declare that the drones were allegedly “destroyed by the air defense forces,” however, as a result of falling debris, “weeds poured” on airport territory.
Propagandists say there were no victims, and no equipment was damaged.
It should be noted that on August 19 it was reported that a drone hit the Russian air base Soltsy located under the city of the same name in the Novgorod region of the Russian Federation.
