Sources in the intelligence services of Great Britain and Ukraine believe that GRU General Averyanov was involved in the plane crash of the plane of the leader of the militants of the so-called Wagner PKK Yevgeny Prigozhin. He heads the GRU unit that carries out special operations abroad on the orders of Russia’s war criminal Vladimir Putin.

Averyanov has been linked to numerous assassinations and sabotage abroad, including the poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripach and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury, Britain in 2018.
According to the British, Averyanov allegedly had a long-standing dislike for Prigozhin and now, most likely, will lead the Wagner terrorists in Africa.
Recall that on the evening of June 23, Prigozhin announced a “campaign” against Moscow. The next day, he agreed with the Russian authorities and withdrew the troops. On June 30, the head of the GUR, Kirill Budanov, said that the FSB had received the task of killing Prigozhin, but this was a large-scale operation and it would take time.
On August 23, Prigozhin’s plane crashed in the Tver region of Russia.
