The prisoners were outraged that PMC leader Wagner had “returned” and declared that “good people don’t just leave it like that.”
Former prisoners and mercenaries from Storm Z, who yesterday supported the head of the PMC Wagner Yevgeny Prigozhin in the goal of “taking” Moscow, recorded a video message. The post is spreading on social media.
The convicts were seriously upset that Prigozhin was “returned” and shamed him for this “setup”.
“The whole Storm Z is ready to go to the mountain for you, and not only Storm Z, and your children, but you fly somewhere. The commanders here are oppressing us, killing us. It’s not over at all .. . You can’t be called anything else. If it’s not like that, show your muzhik,” said one of the prisoners in the video.
Another convict in the video says that “good people don’t just leave like that”:
“You set up us and your guys… We gave you support, and now what? We are already being promised a ‘good life’, I think, just like your boys,” he said.
Recall that on June 24, columns of “Wagnerites” advanced into Russian territory. Military facilities and administrative buildings in Voronezh and Rostov-on-Don are under the control of Wagner militants. But at night, Prigozhin announced that he was turning his columns from near Moscow and returning to the field camps “according to plan.”
The media also learned that Putin promised Prigozhin to stop the march on Moscow.
