The next package includes ammunition for HIMARS systems, portable Stinger air defense systems and other weapons.
The United States of America has officially announced the allocation of a new $325 million defense support package to Ukraine. The full list of what the additional aid consists of was published by the US Department of Defense on June 13.
The military aid package includes:
-

ten Stryker armored fighting vehicles;
-
portable anti-tank missile system Javelin;
-
anti-tank guided missiles with optical tracking and wire guidance TOW;
-
anti-tank grenade launcher AT-4;
-
more than 22 million cartridges for small arms and grenades;

-
spare parts and other field equipment.
Ukraine will receive new aid from the United States under the program of the administration of President Joe Biden, which provides for the removal of weapons from the stocks of the American army. This could mean a faster transfer of military support.
“The United States will continue to work with its allies and partners to enable Ukraine to meet its immediate battlefield needs and long-term security support needs,” the Pentagon said.
Recall that last week the United States announced the provision of weapons to Ukraine for $ 2 billion.
The United States is considering providing Ukraine with additional air defense assets as one of its priorities in future military aid packages.
