He noted that Russia did not seem to need mobilization, as the recruitment of contract servicemen was “not bad”.

According to Putin, more than 150,000 contract soldiers have been recruited into the Russian army since January, and including volunteers, this number is 156,000 people.

The Russian dictator said work continues on recruiting contract soldiers. According to him, in the past week the contracts were signed by 9.5 thousand people.
