Kyiv criticized the UN on June 6 for celebrating the day of the Russian language against the backdrop of the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station. The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry is also outraged by this UN decision, and the Ombudsman believes that in this way the UN encourages Russians to be more cruel.
