On December 24, 2022, the Rashist ordered to strike at the central part of the city on BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket systems, which were based on the left bank of the Dnieper. Enemy shells hit residential buildings, shops, a hospital and a humanitarian aid distribution point in Kherson. Then 11 civilians were killed and 64 were injured. Most of the victims are women and the elderly. This was reported on May 17 by the press center of the SBU.
The special service has established that this war criminal is Lieutenant Colonel Dmitry Zharkikh, who is the commander of the 8th separate artillery regiment of the 22nd army corps of the coastal troops of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. After the shelling of Kherson, this kafir was invited to the Kremlin, where he was marked for terror.
Investigators found out that this enemy was a participant in the Russian occupation of Crimea back in 2014. And then his regiment began to be deployed in the temporarily occupied territory of the Ukrainian peninsula. The attacker has already been informed of the suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 28 and part 2 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Recall that in March, the Office of the Prosecutor General reported suspicions to three Russian military men who raped a woman in the Kyiv region during the occupation. The criminals turned out to be natives of the Republic of Buryatia, the Chita region and the Irkutsk region.
