The enemy does not abandon his plans to seize the entire Donbass and has concentrated his main efforts on conducting offensive operations in the Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions. During Saturday, April 15, Ukrainian defenders repulsed 40 enemy attacks. This is stated in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It is noted that the Russian forces were unsuccessful in advancing near Dibrova in the Limansky direction, and in the Bakhmut direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not allow the enemy to carry out a successful attack near the village of Khromovo. Enemy attacks also collapsed in the areas of Severny and Pervomaisky in the Avdeevsky direction and in the Marinka area.
In the Zaporozhye and Kherson directions, units of the Defense Forces are forcing the enemy to defend.
The General Staff noted that planes and helicopters of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine today delivered five strikes on the areas of concentration of the occupiers. Rocket troops and artillery hit three areas of concentration of manpower, as well as an artillery area, a radar station, an anti-aircraft missile system and ammunition.
Recall, on April 14, British intelligence reported that units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in Bakhmut are facing “significant problems” in replenishing ammunition and “organized leaving the positions forced to leave.”
