We are talking about about 5 thousand cases. Deputy Minister of Justice Valeria Kolomiets explained to us that the residence of a person in the temporarily occupied territory does not mean that such a person is a collaborator.

For the period of temporary occupation of a part of the region, the attacker agreed to become “the security officer of the department for combating economic crimes” as part of the occupational “GU MVS Kherson region.” In the new “status”, he forced local entrepreneurs to pay taxes to the Russian budget, and in case of refusal, he was threatened with imprisonment.
In the Donetsk region, the former director of the Krasnoliman city sports and technical club was detained.
After the capture of Liman, the attacker voluntarily agreed to head the local “guardianship sector of the labor and social protection department” created by the aggressor.
