In Bakhmut, time plays against the enemy.

The battles for Bakhmut in the Donetsk region became a real nightmare for Russia, because the enemy lost a lot of equipment and manpower here.

In Bakhmut, time plays against the invaders, because the command of the defense forces in the Bakhmut direction and the courage of the fighters made these long battles the most expensive for the enemy during a full-scale invasion. This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Malyar on March 31 in Telegram.

After all, the time spent by the enemy to capture Bakhmut, weapons, equipment and many dead from the point of view of military expediency do not justify themselves, she explained.

Malyar noted that the invaders still did not leave their intentions to occupy Bakhmut and raised the stake to their own detriment. According to her, the logic of the occupiers cannot be understood, but it looks very “Russian”.

Recall, the American Institute for the Study of War said that the Ukrainian Defense Forces prevented an imminent threat to Bakhmut’s encirclement. The pace of advancement of the occupiers in the city is slowing down and Russian attacks have slowed down.
