The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine believes that the occupying army of Russia is changing tactics and adapting to the new conditions of the war. Therefore, the intervals between massive shelling of the army of war criminals in Russia have become longer.
The Russians will now somewhat orient the direction of strikes. These can be military installations, and the concentration of troops, and the logistics system of our groupings. Just the strikes on the oil depots confirmed that they will try to destroy those critical infrastructure elements that we need for the successful conduct of hostilities, ”Vadim Skibitsky, deputy head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, said in an interview with RBC.
He also commented on Russia’s so-called “big offensive” that Russian propaganda is talking about.
They had one goal left – access to the borders of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. But today it is already clear that Russian troops do not have the ability to conduct large-scale strategic offensive operations. Our defenders are repelling blows, holding the line and pinning down enemy forces in several sectors of the front,” Skibitsky pointed out.
He noted that the invaders are preparing, conducting reconnaissance and trying to identify weak points in our defense.
But even at the beginning of the invasion, it became obvious that Russia was not capable of simultaneously conducting a large strategic offensive in two or three directions – this is impossible.
