The German Ambassador to Ukraine, Anka Feldhusen, said that the Panzerhaubitze howitzers will be repaired in Slovakia. He said this at a briefing on March 22, Ukrinform reports.
“The process of this service, especially the Panzerhaubitze, in Slovakia took a long time, but yesterday a document was finally signed that now these Panzerhaubitze will go directly to Slovakia, that is, not now, ” said the ambassador.
According to him, Germany has always insisted that, along with tanks and other weapons, not only exercises are provided, but also spare parts and maintenance.
Recall that the German government began purchasing Panzerhaubitze 2000 self-propelled guns.
It was previously reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine received self-propelled guns PzH 2000 from Germany.
