It is impossible to report in real time about the movement of enemy missiles and drones in Telegram channels.
Telegram channels that track the movements of Russian missiles and drones may face criminal liability. This is what the spokesperson of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Yuriy Ignat, said on the air of the national telethon on Wednesday, March 22.
“You can see how many Telegram channels have been created today. Who controls them, this is a very important issue, after all, at the moment, it requires special control. We are not talking about official channels of Telegram by local authorities, but those who inform about the movement of enemy missiles, Shahedov,” he said.
Ignat noted that serious decisions can be made in the near future, and criminal charges are possible, if there is a reason for it.
“Since some Telegram channels provide real-time information about the movement of UAVs and missiles, there are screenshots from the Virage tablet system, how they receive them is another story. These screenshots are indicates the time and location of enemy drones or their disappearance from the radar “, – said the spokesman of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Ignat warned the administrators of Telegram channels that this is a crime against Ukraine, informing the enemy. “Some steps will be taken, the materials have been transferred to the relevant authorities,” he stressed.
It will be remembered that tonight Russia made another attack by firing 21 UAVs in Ukraine. Air defense forces destroyed 16 of them. Kyiv was attacked by eight Shahed-type drones, all of them were shot down.
In the city of Rzhishchev, Kyiv region, four people died as a result of a drone attack.
