The crimes of the leadership of the occupation administrations in the temporarily occupied areas of the south and east of Ukraine are exposed by law enforcement officers.
In particular, the SBU reported suspicions to the head of the so-called government of the fictitious Donetsk People’s Republic, Vitaliy Khotsenko, who organized the export of Ukrainian grain from Mariupol to Russia. This attacker is part of the inner circle of the terrorist Denis Pushilin, who directly contributed to his appointment to a “leading position” in June 2022. This was reported by the press center of the Security Service of Ukraine.
It turned out that the defendant is performing the tasks of Moscow for the logistics of militants fighting against the Ukrainian defense forces. He was also responsible for the export of Ukrainian grain, coal and granite from the Mariupol port to Russia.
The SBU also established that this person was one of the key organizers of the illegal referendum on the annexation of the occupied territories of Donbass to Russia.
The attacker was informed of suspicion under Art. 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) and Art. 258-3 (creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The allowance of the Russians is now hiding in the temporarily occupied territories. However, the SBU knows where he is hiding and will make efforts to bring him to justice.
Recall that in December 2022, Reuters reported that Syria was buying Ukrainian grain stolen by Russians. It was noted that the export of wheat from the occupied Crimea to Syria increased 17 times – up to 500 thousand tons, which is almost a third of the total grain imports into the country.
