Local representatives know about the compensation for the transfer of the aircraft to Ukraine, and they support the initiative.

In case of transfer of decommissioned MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine, Slovakia will receive money from allies. This was said by the Minister of Defense of Slovakia Jaroslav Nagy, Pravda wrote.

We are talking about 900 million dollars or military equipment and spare parts for it for this amount. This is also the reason why, according to the minister, the government considers it the best solution to transfer MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine.

It was also noted that local representatives already know about the compensation for the transfer of the aircraft to Ukraine, and they support the initiative.

Earlier it was reported that Poland agreed to a joint transfer of MiG-29 to Ukraine with Slovakia. Now it is time for Bratislava to make a decision on this issue.
